David Turner BSc (Hons) MRICS – Director

David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has over 20 years of experience across a number of sectors. David has worked with a wide range of major international and UK developers and Clients, delivering retail, residential, commercial offices and hotel schemes throughout his career.

David’s strength lies in his ability to work as a team player with the Client, Design Team and Contractor alike, to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.

Noel McCann BSc (Hons) MRICS – Director

Noel has over 20 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor having spent 14 years training and working at the former Davis Langdon LLP and 6 years working at a growing and now well-respected, medium-sized surveying practice.

Noel has worked across a number of sectors within the construction industry, specialising in the commercial office and residential sectors.

His hands-on approach and expertise in working closely with Clients, Design team members and Contractors helps to build good relationships and deliver successful projects.
